LASER WELDING
Laser welding is an advanced technique using a laser beam as the heat source. This process enables rapid welding with excellent penetration across metals/alloys, particularly where high precision, deformation-free seams, and superior visual finish are required, or where traditional methods prove insufficient.
How does the process work?
The laser generator creates a high-energy beam focused on a small workpiece area. This causes intense localized heating until the material reaches the required temperature. Upon beam removal, molten material solidifies in an inert gas shield, forming a robust weld joint.
