CNC PUNCHING

CNC punching is a precise metal machining process that uses a computer-numerically-controlled machine for cutting, perforating, and shaping metal plates with high accuracy. This technique is essential for cost-effective production of complex-design parts in high volumes and is widely applied across various industries.
How does the process work? CAD/CAM software designs parts and generates G-code defining dimensions and shapes. The program is loaded into the CNC machine The metal plate is positioned on the worktable and clamped for stability during processing. The CNC machine uses a strike mechanism with specialized tools—punch and die—to shape the material.
Advantages of CNC punching: Automotive industry: Body panels, brackets, and components. Electronics industry: Device enclosures, plates, and components. Construction industry: Facade elements, roofing systems, and structural parts. Household appliances: Refrigerator, washing machine, and oven components. Machinery industry: Custom parts for equipment.
Advantages of CNC punching:
Delivers high accuracy (±0.03mm) with minimal tolerances, even for complex shapes.
PRECISION
Rapid production of large quantities, ideal for mass manufacturing. EFFICIENCY
Processes diverse materials: steel, aluminum, copper, stainless steel, etc. FLEXIBILITY
Combines multiple operations, eliminating secondary processes. MULTIFUNCTIONALITY
