LASER ENGRAVING Laser engraving is a process of marking or etching materials using a highly precise laser beam with controlled intensity. Unlike laser cutting, the laser beam removes a surface layer or alters material properties to create permanent marks, text, or images.
The laser emits a highly concentrated light beam. The beam heats the surface to vaporization or overheating point. A thin layer (0.05–0.1mm) is removed. This creates a high-contrast mark permanently resistant to wear. How does the process work?
Engraving logos on metal, wood, plastic... Serial numbers, barcodes, QR codes... Gift personalization (keychains, plaques, pens, jewelry...) Industrial component marking Applications: Precision and fine detail – ideal for text, logos, QR codes. Compatible with multiple materials: Metals (steel, aluminum, stainless steel/inox, gold...) Wood Plastic Engraved layer resists friction and chemicals. Advantages:
