ELECTROSTATIC POWDER COATING

Electrostatic powder coating applies decorative/protective layers to metal surfaces using finely-ground powder and electrostatic energy. This efficient, eco-friendly process ensures long-lasting product protection.
Surface preparation: Parts are cleaned via sandblasting/chemical treatment to remove rust, grease, and oxides. (Critical for coating adhesion) Powder application: An electrostatic gun charges powder particles, which adhere evenly to grounded metal surfaces. Curing (thermal treatment): Coated parts bake at 160–200°C. Powder melts, polymerizes, and forms a solid homogeneous layer. How does the process work?
